Communication make-up - This will be a revealing and insightful session looking at how we communicate and the effect it has on our listeners. You will be provided with some user-friendly communication tools that enhance your level of personal impact.

Influence / Proposal structure - Many business analysts feel frustrated at times when clients are not easily influenced or hold reservations or concerns. The second part of the session will introduce all participants to an approach that increases your personal success in meetings where client cooperation and buy-in is essential. The methodology can be used for preparing yourself for meetings as well as a valuable mechanism for controlling your meetings and their outcomes.
